Your first stay with us at Revive DDS will begin with being appointed your own personal concierge.
24 hours prior to your reservation: Your concierge will call you to complete all of your paperwork and medical history with you. This helps to make sure that you understand all of the questions and information required. This call takes roughly 15 minutes, and will automatically confirm your appointment.
Once your appointment has been confirmed: If you require transportation to or from your reservation, the concierge service will make Uber arrangements for you at no additional cost.
When you arrive: At Revive DDS, your time is very valuable. Therefore we have a virtual wait-less waiting room, where we will notify you via text or phone when your suite is ready. You will be greeted by our friendly staff who will direct you to your suite to begin your rejuvenation experience.
After your stay with us: We do not want patients to feel that cannot reach a provider, so our team will follow-up with you after all major treatment. If a specialist is required, we will schedule your appointment with the specialist and provide you with all of the appointment details.
No insurance, No problem!
In efforts to provide our patients with an optimized treatment plan free from the bounds of the heavily regulated insurance industry, we are an out-of-network provider of dental and facial esthetic services. As a courtesy, your personalized concierge will assist in preparing and filing out all of your insurance claims on your behalf to maximize your benefits. We ask to be paid at the time of your visit, and then you will be reimbursed through your dental insurance company based on the amount covered per your plan.
Ask about our in-house membership plans and Pamper Pass that can assist in better coverage than most major dental plans!
